Here are some reminders regarding our return policy:
If you find any defects or damages after receiving the goods, please take a photo of the "moment of truth" and contact us within 30 days. We will be more than happy to arrange a replacement for you to ensure your satisfaction.
Please note that custom-made products and those that need to be returned due to changing your mind or not fitting the size, under any circumstances, cannot be returned or exchanged. We strongly recommend that you carefully read our size guide before purchasing your favorite items to ensure a perfect fit.

Return policy:
The goods should be returned within 30 days after purchase, and must be in their original condition and in brand new state.
We will charge a 30% restocking fee for each return.
Before returning the goods, please notify us by email. Please include your name, order number and details of the return in the email. Do not return the goods without our approval.
The return shipping fee is your responsibility. Please rest assured that after deducting the replenishment fee, we will process your refund as soon as possible.
Order cancellation
If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us within 12 hours and you can enjoy the hassle-free cancellation service. After 12 hours, we will charge a 10% cancellation fee to cover the necessary bank charges.
Package lost / not received
If your package seems to have taken a detour but the tracking information shows it has been delivered, please contact your local post office immediately and inform us. We will provide a tracking number to assist you in resolving the issue. If the post office confirms that the package is lost and provides a receipt, we will be more than happy to re-send it to you or offer a refund.
Exchange Policy
Do you want to exchange the product? Please contact us first to apply for the approval of the exchange. After approval, please attach your electronic receipt and inform us of the item you want to replace. We guarantee that our exchange application will be properly handled within 48 hours after receiving the goods.
